Beschreibung: | This thesis focuses on determinants of innovation input and output. Chapter 1 analyzes how business cycle influences firm R&D investment in the presence of financial constraints and innovation subsidy. In Chapter 2, the efficiency effects of independent directors on total factor productivity and innovation outputs have been examined. The target of Chapter 3 is to investigate peer effects of R&D investment among interlocked firms and the underlying mechanism. | |||||||
