| Beschreibungen: | Für die Durchführung einer Biopsie besteht eine breite Indikation, da unklare Läsionen immer abgeklärt werden sollten. Mit der technischen Entwicklung der bildgebenden Diagnostik und der Biopsiesysteme in den letzten Jahren ging ein Anstieg der suffizienten Gewebeentnahmen bei geringem Komplikationsrisiko einher. Die vorliegende retrospektive Arbeit befasst sich mit der Ermittlung und Beurteilung CT-gesteuerter Tumorpunktionen mittels Koaxialtechnik im Hinblick auf die Trefferquote und Komplikationsrate sowie der Gegenüberstellung der histo- und zytopatho¬logischen Auswertung der Gewebeproben verschiedener Or¬gane. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse belegen ein hohes Maß an Treffsicherheit bei geringem Komplikationsrisiko. Andere Verfahren wie die Mediastino- oder Laparo¬tomie sind für den Patienten invasiver und mit schwerwiegenden Komplikationen behaftet. Außerdem bietet das CT-gesteuerte Verfahren die Möglichkeit, alle zugänglichen Raumforderungen auch bei komplizierter Lage mit hoher Aussagekraft punktieren zu können. Somit stellt die CT-gesteuerte Biopsie ein sicheres, risikoarmes und aussagekräftiges Verfahren zur zyto- und histopathologischen Material¬gewinnung dar.There is a wide range of indication for carrying out a biopsy as unclear lesions should always be carefully examined. In the past few years, the technical development of imaging diagnostics and biopsy systems has coincided with the increase in sufficient tissue samples involving low risks of complications. The following retrospective thesis deals with the achievement and the assessment of the hit rate and with the rates of complications by means of CT-guided tumor punctures using coaxial technique.
Furthermore, the results of the histological and cytopathological analysis of the tissue samples of different organs will be compared. The results of the study show a high degree of diagnostic accuracy with low risks of complications. Other methods such as mediastinoscopy or laparotomy are more invasive for the patients and entail severe complications. Moreover, the CT-guided procedure provides the opportunity of puncturing the whole accessible mass even in complicated situations with high validity. For this reason, CT- guided biopsy presents a safe, low-risk and significant procedure designed to extract cytopathological and histopathological tissue. | |||||||
